1 Acceptance of Terms

To open and use a gabajee account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a gabajee employee.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from gabajee for any reason.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Gabajee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, gabajee may suspend or close your account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth, is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one gabajee account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the reason for creating them. If gabajee detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered account may be closed and any balances or bonus winnings may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Gabajee will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

  • Use a strong, unique password for your gabajee account.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Notify gabajee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Gabajee is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4 Deposits and Payments

Gabajee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. Deposits are credited to your gabajee account balance in real time once the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Gabajee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match your registered name, gabajee may hold the funds pending verification and may return them to the source account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on gabajee are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect players. Gabajee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes confirming your identity and ensuring that any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals requested while a bonus is active may be declined or may result in the bonus being forfeited.

  • Processing time: typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts

Attempting to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or system exploitation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. General bonus rules that apply across all gabajee promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
  • Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

Each game on the gabajee platform has its own set of rules which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. Gabajee is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

  • Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and cannot be predicted or influenced.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with gabajee games or systems
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage
  • Colluding with other players in any game mode
  • Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
  • Attempting to launder money through the gabajee platform
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing gabajee staff or other players
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the gabajee platform

Gabajee actively monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed without notice and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Gabajee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Players may also close their own gabajee account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily and have a positive real-money balance, gabajee will process a withdrawal of that balance to your registered wallet account within 5 business days, provided all verification requirements are met.

  • Accounts closed due to terms violations will not have their balance returned.
  • Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive balance will receive a withdrawal within 5 business days.
  • Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

10 Responsible Gaming
